TWS has partnered with a local professional production company, TMD (The Marketing Department), to produce a short commercial…and we are in need of extras!

This commercial will be a promotional video displaying the gift of live theatre here at The Western Stage. It will be distributed not only on local television but online.

Young Company offers Summer Musical Theatre Camps!

Are you on your way to becoming a “triple threat”? Our Musical Theatre Camp is designed to help hone students’ essential skills so they are prepared to tackle any musical theatre show or audition. Campers will take part daily in intensive voice, acting, and dance workshops taught by outstanding TWS artists. Our Musical Theatre Camp curriculum consists of workshops that will focus on acting and interpretation song’s, vocal instruction, dance for musical theatre. Students will have a “show and tell” sessions for fellow students and parents at the conclusion of each session.

Ages 5-8, 9-12 and 13-16
No audition necessary! Just Self-Enroll!!

The enrollment period is very short (only June 11 – 15) for all sessions, so we recommend you get principal signature NOW, before the end of the school year.

Schedule
Beginning June 12, 2012

11:30am – 5:30pm YOU*Theatre Camp (ages 9 – 16)

11:30am – 1:30pm JRTheatre (ages 5-8) JRTheatre ends at 1:30pm

1:30 pm – 2:00pm LUNCH (not provided)

9:00am – 5:30pm HS Apprentices & College Interns*

* Apprentice/Intern Applications available now & due May 21^st at 5pm

Session 1: June 12-30 ThA 91A: 7007 – 3 units $75
Session 2: July 10-21 ThA 91B: 7008 – 2 units $50
Session 3: July 24 – August 11 ThA 91B: 7008 – 3 units $75
All Three Sessions: June 12 – August 11 (No meetings July 1 – 10)
ThA 91A 7007 – 4 units AND ThA 91B: 7008 – 4 units $175
