BOX OFFICE POLICIES
Exchange and Refund Policy
Ticket exchanges available for Season and Flex Pass holders only. Call the box office with your exchange request and pick up your new ticket before the performance. All sales are final. Refunds only for Standby Tickets not seated.
Standby Policy
Standby Tickets for sold-out performance are seated in numerical order at curtain time, and refund is given only if seat is unavailable. The Standby ticket must be presented at the Ticket Office as soon as doors are closed to obtain a refund. Refunds made with cash or check may take up to two weeks to process.
Late Arrivals
After posted curtain time, late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of, and in locations determined by the House Manager. Because of the nature of our theatre seating, seating latecomers in their pre-assigned seats may cause disruption to those already seated; therefore, patrons arriving late will be seated in more easily accessible seats. The Western Stage does not accept responsibility for inconvenience to late comers.
Ticket Reservations
Season Ticket Holders may call and reserve tickets at the Ticket Office by using their pass code. Subscribers should call if they expect to be late or will be unable to attend. Non–season ticket holders may purchase tickets online or over the phone with a Visa or MasterCard. All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.
Accessible Seating and Mobility Concerns
Please purchase wheelchair accessible and companion seating by notifying the Ticket Office as soon as possible, especially for our small Studio Theatre, where accessible seating is limited. A drop-off in front of the theater is available to those with mobility concerns by making arrangements with Campus Safety (831)755-6888. All phone numbers need to have consistent formatting. For more information please contact the Ticket Office.

The Western Stage welcomes young people at our live performances. However, some of our productions may include mature subject matter and/or language that may be inappropriate for children. Please review the online Content Advisory when considering bringing children to a performance. As a courtesy to others during shows not designated as ‘for children,’ parents with children ages 4 and under will be seated in rows L & M and closest to doors for easy exit.
